I enjoy the Sookie Stackhouse novels and will continue to read them until I have finished the series and then I will pass them on to my friends.

I got turned on to this series by watching HBO's true blood (which I'm totally in love with). The books are alot different than the t.v. show so don't expect the exact same thing but I am a big fan just the same. I've ordered the next two books in the series and can't wait to read them :)

I have read the whole 'Dead' series about Sookie Stackhouse, a telepathic barmaid in Bon Temps, Louisiana thrown into the world of vanpires, weres and so much more. This series is so much fun to read. Do not expect something profound and educational. This is a fun, can't put it down wish there were more - a total escapism into the world of the supernatural. HBO adapted the books to 'Trueblood", a weekly series.

Awesome adventure, with a vampire and other supernatural twists!! Loved them all!!
