Dancing with these stars is a lot more fun than most other kinds of exercise! The warm-up and cool-down are helpful, and the dance instruction, though pretty fast, is easy to understand. We've learned a lot of new dance steps while doing them in privacy at home. Nobody could laugh at our mistakes! If you like to dance, try this one!

i was really looking forward to this DVD, as i ilove to dance and thoroughly enjoy the TV show. this DVD has none of the dynamic quality of the show. the music is completely uninspiring and the instruction (especially cheryl's, who i love on the show) is very difficult to follow. anyone who has taken a dance class will know that dance steps are always shown from the student's point of refernce...in other words, at least one person teaching should have their back to the camera so you can follow exactly the same steps instead of trying to do the mirror reverse of what you are seeing. it is a complete disappoinment. i wish i could return this...it was a total waste of money!!
