The dancers aren't the best teachers, If you are used to good aerobic instructors, good cueing, etc. then you'll be a bit disappointed. It's a good way for me to mix up my workout routine.
This DVD is great for those who like to dance and also want to exercise. The four dances, when played in a row, offer a good workout and really do get the heartrate going. My only complaint with the DVD is that some steps are not explained very well and I had a hard time figuring out what the dancers were doing.
I love the concept of the DVD because I'm a huge Dancing with the Stars fan. However, the routine is fairly hard to follow and little instruction is given for the more difficult moves. I think if the hosts would go slower and really show the viewers how to do a particular dance, this video would have been better.

I really enjoyed this product, especially the fact that you don't have to listen the the instructions over & over, you can just listen to the music & follow along.
The only downside I think, is that a beginner might find it differcult to keep up without tripping over their feet, it would have helped if the steps were broken down, but with enough practice it will come.
