Dancing with the stars: cardio dance
I really enjoyed this product, especially the fact that you don't have to listen the the instructions over & over, you can just listen to the music & follow along. The only downside I think, is that a beginner might find it differcult to keep up without tripping over their feet, it would have helped if the steps were broken down, but with enough practice it will come.

Staying Alive
I really like this video. I do five yoga, pilates, and aerobics videos religiously and I have added this one to my repertoire. I have no dance training and am really not a good dancer, but this is fun and a good workout. You will sweat especially during the Samba and the Jive. Most directions are clear and steps can be picked up easily after a couple tries. There are three dance instructors and each teaches one dance on their own and they teach the fourth dance together. My only complaint is Ashley's dirctions or lack there of. She is very fast and terrible at describing what she is doing. The hardest move of the video the camera is on her face as opposed to her feet. Otherwise, it's a great leg, butt, and core workout and entertaining. I would recommend this video, but make sure no one is around the first time you try this because you feel ridiculous! The challenge at the end if for someone who can really dance.

I have lost 20 pounds doing this workout. I work out 7 days a week. I have learned a lot of dance steps. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight and have fun dancing.

Dancing with the Stars: Cardio Dance (DVD)
The dancers aren't the best teachers, If you are used to good aerobic instructors, good cueing, etc. then you'll be a bit disappointed. It's a good way for me to mix up my workout routine.

Dancing with the Stars: Cardio Dance DVD
This DVD is great for those who like to dance and also want to exercise. The four dances, when played in a row, offer a good workout and really do get the heartrate going. My only complaint with the DVD is that some steps are not explained very well and I had a hard time figuring out what the dancers were doing.

Not what it is hyped up to be
Very boring, basic and not challenging... you barely begin to break a sweat. Not worth the money.

Liked the DVD, but a litle hard
I love the concept of the DVD because I'm a huge Dancing with the Stars fan. However, the routine is fairly hard to follow and little instruction is given for the more difficult moves. I think if the hosts would go slower and really show the viewers how to do a particular dance, this video would have been better.
