If you have any dance experience, then this is a do-able and easy to follow DVD. The instructor, energetic & lively Sarita Lou, always starts slow and goes back to the basic key move and adds on. She doesn't emphasize arms, so be free with your moves for the upper body. There aren't any pivots, turns, and you don't use a lot of space. Minimal hops and jumps. Decent aerobic workout with 2-20 minute workouts: OLD SCHOOL and SEXY SCULPT.
