Could be better
I was disappointed with the dancing itself. It isn't any real line dances. If you go to a club and try to do these people WILL laugh at you. The workout itself was satisfactory. The dances could be of relevance to actual line dances. The instructor just made up line dances with the moves she has choreographed that help tone your body. It should say 'Move Off the Inches'. I have several dvds from this company. All have left me disappointed. They aren't fun to do because it's nothing that you really want to do. Thus making you use the dvd less. It was good for people who don't care what kind of dancing they are 'learning'.
