  This is a manual that almost anyone can follow to do normal maintenance on a bicycle. You don't have to be a trained mechanic to understand the everyday language in the book. It should save money on tune-ups and be of help when having to fix a flat tire.

  This book is a great introduction to the repair and maintenance of Road and Mountain bicycles. I found the directions and accompanying photo illustrations very easy to follow. With this book I feel confident that I can perform a lot of maintenance and repairs myself. Now, on those occasions when I need to take my bicycle to the shop, at least I have a better understanding of the working of my bicycle.

  Excellent book, super easy to use, exploded diagrams. A super version of "Idiot's Guide To" Shipping times however.... shipped via "USPS shipping partner" notified of shipment next day, didn't arrive at post office of origin for a week, sat at shipping hub an hour from my house for three business days, ridiculous.

  This book has it all. Whether your a beginner or an experienced racer, it has the specific training plan to meet your needs. Tons of information on a wide assortment of topics all aimed at making you a stronger cyclist. Takes the guesswork out of how to improve your riding. Although I'm no expert, this book is a must read for anyone new to cycling who wants to improve their cycling skills through a structure, informed, and well planned training program. Get the book and see for yourself!
