  This book is a great introduction to the repair and maintenance of Road and Mountain bicycles. I found the directions and accompanying photo illustrations very easy to follow. With this book I feel confident that I can perform a lot of maintenance and repairs myself. Now, on those occasions when I need to take my bicycle to the shop, at least I have a better understanding of the working of my bicycle.

  Excellent book, super easy to use, exploded diagrams. A super version of "Idiot's Guide To" Shipping times however.... shipped via "USPS shipping partner" notified of shipment next day, didn't arrive at post office of origin for a week, sat at shipping hub an hour from my house for three business days, ridiculous.

  This book contains good descriptions of each component of the bicycle and instructions on how to keep things adjusted. Contains good tips for daily things to do to keep your bicycle ready to ride.
