Based on the other reviewers' comments, I bought this DVD and I have used it once, earlier this week. Like all the others have said, it is indeed a great little workout. It has some moves that I personally have not encountered before, so it is a good addition to my fitness DVD library. Although I walk a few miles daily, I have not been doing as many floor routines lately, so when I was done with this routine, I was stiff/sore for a couple of days after (that is to be expected). So it is obvious that the routine, although low impact, is effectively working my muscles. Several people appear on the the DVD performing the routines, and there is one person who does an even lower impact workout, for those who are just beginning or are at a lower level (another reviewer also commented on this). For me, it is a new twist on Pilates, but I am a relative novice to begin with. At around $10, how can you go wrong? Give it a try! Thank you Overstock!
