I am new to the whole yoga/pilates area. I've always done cardio and weights. This dvd was great! The instructor was very easy to follow and she doesn't have one of those fake, cheesy "c'mon, you can do it" voices. The movements are simple and effective. You can feel it working without the soreness and heavy sweatting. The exercise runs about 40 minutes. I would definitely recomend this one.
This is definitely one of my favorite exercise routines!! I'd recommend it to anyone!! It's very easy to follow, and you'd really get a good workout from the first time!!
This exercise session lasts just over 40 minutes, but every time I do it, it seems like 15 minutes. It is very effective and I actually try to improve my moves every time because I can feel it. I don't just try to get to the end of the session. It has made me stick with my workout program every day.
I loved this video. It wa fun, difficult at times but I loved how I felt when I was done. I highly recommend this video.
I ordered this video to tone up after having a baby, and also to help my back (which is often off-kilter from always holding my son on my left side). I found that it helps both issues, and the instructor is accessible without being cheesy. Most off the moves are easily modified if you want more of a challenge. I usually do this video at night, and always feel better the next day. Definitely recommended!
Based on the other reviewers' comments, I bought this DVD and I have used it once, earlier this week. Like all the others have said, it is indeed a great little workout. It has some moves that I personally have not encountered before, so it is a good addition to my fitness DVD library. Although I walk a few miles daily, I have not been doing as many floor routines lately, so when I was done with this routine, I was stiff/sore for a couple of days after (that is to be expected). So it is obvious that the routine, although low impact, is effectively working my muscles. Several people appear on the the DVD performing the routines, and there is one person who does an even lower impact workout, for those who are just beginning or are at a lower level (another reviewer also commented on this). For me, it is a new twist on Pilates, but I am a relative novice to begin with. At around $10, how can you go wrong? Give it a try! Thank you Overstock!
This DVD has been great. It's diverse enough to use everyday. It's a short video, so you don't get burnt out. The instructor includes rest breaks, which is very helpful. There are very low-impact modifications included also so that everyone can keep up and participate. All-around good workout!
I love this DVD. It's less intensive than some of the other workout videos I own, but I like this one because it's very easy to follow, the instructor is fantastic, and it really works my abs. I learned some great new ab exercises that I had never seen before. It's about a 40min workout, but it's fun, so it goes really quickly. Definately a keeper!
The instructor is easy to follow and doesn't over vocalize. I can't stand when they yak, yak, yak. The routines are easy to follow, but tough and effective
I had trouble getting the DVD to work in my DVD player, but it did work in my laptop. There is no cardio in the workout, only strength training and stretching. It is a good supplement to separate cardio exercise and works all the muscle groups.
I like this video a lot. It's a great exercise routine for my lighter workout days. It's relaxing yet still works all your major muscle groups, so your body and mind benefit.
This is a really great dvd for any fitness level..from beginners to the advanced. It works your entire body and you really feel the results after. The instruction in this dvd is great too, especially if you've never done yoga or pilates. Very easy instructions to follow. With each workout on this dvd I feel stronger and stronger. This is a must have for your fitness dvd collection!! I highly recommend it!!

Great video, i love this instructor- she is always good. This is a great light workout, perfect for a weekend morning or a lazy evening after work.
If you work out on a regular basis this is a great lighter workout. Also good for someone who is just starting to work out. Yoga stretches and moves combined with pilates toning. I feel great after this workout! LOVE this instructor... I have several other DVD's featuring her. I would recommend this to anyone!
Excellent video. Instructor is engaging and explains moves very well. Time flies by and before you know it, the workout is over.
I really enjoyed thsi tape, the instructor was enthusiastic and keeps your interest. I am am experienced excerciser and it was nice to try different move sI have not yet tried. By far , my fav yoga/pilates dvd. the time gos really fast and you just feel good when you are done--a nice sunday break!!
Great price on a great DVD. The workouts are easy to follow and very effective. I worked up a sweat without overstraining my muscles. And the routines went fast enough so that I wasn't bored and was motivated to come back to it every other day.
It is easy to use and very entertaining. It is broken into 4 parts and you have the choice to do all or one.
