try this DVD. It is great. It is extremely fast paced, fun and challenging. The instructor continuely keeps you sweating. I would not recommend this to someone who is just starting to work out again. It would too be fast paced. I definetly would recommend this video when you are ready to kick it up a notch.
This is a really good one. I laugh at the instructor sometimes... cute little blonde trying to be all tough like a bootcamp instructor. The movements are not difficult, but you sure do feel them! I work out almost daily, but my booty and thighs must not be in great shape, because I feel the burn in my butt and my legs the next day... so I know I am working them!!! Difficulty level is not high as far as the exercizes themselves, but really work your muscles. This one will be in my regular rotation.
This was a fun workout. The instructor is upbeat and easy to follow. The moves are simple and varied, such as step touches, lunges, squats and kicks. The cardio aspect is limited, however. The moves will keep the heart rate elevated, but not pounding. A light workout for the advanced exerciser and a great one for beginners. I would recommend this DVD to others.
I have no problem with the exercise video, my problem is with the additional video I received. The Happy Hooker Trilogy video was included with my order. May have been an error @ some point in processing my order but is not something I appreciated receiving.
This is a great exercise video. I thought it was going to be much more intense because it claims to be 'bootcamp' but it's just right for me. I was once an avid 'execiser' but have lost my time over the past 2 years. So now I'm getting back into the swing of things and this video is just right. Plenty to push through without feeling like you may die. Very, very, very easy to follow. No complicated steps and you feel the burn.

Oh yeah, this program really made me work my muscles and I sweat like mad. Love it! And I think it was encouraging to see people of different sizes and shapes too so people who aren't already in great shape will know they too can do this even if they have some pounds on them.
I love this dvd. It's so much fun, and easy to follow along- the music is great, and the variety of the workout really makes for a quick 40 minute workout. It's a great lower body/get-your-heart-rate-up workout! You'll feel it the next day or two! I've told ALL my friends they should buy it! All you need is a mat for the ab work at the end.
This is a fun workout. I like to incorporate as much cardio into my workout routine as I can and I get both cardio and toning with this one. I thought the moves and the instructor were fun. I workout everyday and I would consider myself an intermediate/advanced level. The cardio was not overly challenging, but it is a nice option for days when I feel like I would like something lighter. That is not to say I don't feel like I worked out, because let me tell you, I do feel the burn in my butt and belly. That being said, I would really recommend this being added to any fitness dvd collection. It is great for beginners just getting started and a nice option for those more experienced who are looking for something that will give them a good workout that is fun!
