This is a great book, however I found the book to cater more to women. Many of the cookie designs featured had lace and flower themes. I also tried the frosting recipes and did not find them tasty. Again, this is a great book for beautiful/lavish cookie designs, but not my style of cookie.

Just as in Toba Garrett's other books you will not be disappointed. The pictures are colorful and method and techniques are spelled out for you. She gives the recipes and the instructions for applying the decorations with pictures demonstraing these techniques. A great find for anyone how has mastered the baking but had misgivings about the decorating . You will love it.
