I absolutely love this cookbook...have had it for only a few days and already I've made a few recipes from it. I'd recommend it to anyone...no matter what kind of food you like. You'd never know that these recipes are "light" by the way they taste. I give it an A+++++
I have subscribed to Cooking Light magazine for years and have always gotten thier annual cookbook. This has recipes, menus and tips that have been featured in their magazines and books - so there is nothing new. If you are looking for a diet cookbook this is not your book, it is more of a healthly lifestyle book. The format, 3 ring binder, takes up a lot of room on my shelf and it just feels funnty to hold. It does have lots of pictures. Being the cookbook junky that I am I still enjoyed it but will probably take it to work in a few months and let someone else have it.
