If you are looking to occasionally make a refreshing juice this may be what you're looking for. However, if you are, like me, looking to juice 3x/day (I only eat for dinner) thiis is very impractical. A high percentage of these recipes require that you first juice, then add juice along with another ingredient (banana, avocado, yogurt) to a blender. It has a few recipes I enjoy without all the hassle, but not much other information on nutrition or juicing for particular health benefits.
