  • GREAT reference book

    I LOVE this book. It gives valuable information on cooking terms and techniques that has always confused me. It also gives color step by step pics of the techniques. The recipes are simple and don't take long to make. Also has color pics of the finished recipe. Only started using the book since Christmas and I've already made a couple things from the book and it was simply delicious AND I've already dropped about 4 lbs.!!!!!
