i have a wii and wanted to play donkey kong country sooo bad but needed a controller for it. saw that the game cube controller would work, bought. and i have no problems! i love it!

Don't waste your money on these controllers. Unless all you want is to be able to play Mario Party for Gamecube, then I guess they might work. But if you want to race, play first person shooters, or play any of the Super Smash Brothers games (or any fighter game for that matter) these controllers will be a disappointment. The joysticks stick and are unresponsive and the buttons jammed right out of the box. I purchased two controllers, and while one does perform slightly better than the other, neither comes close to the quality of the original I'm used to. If you enjoy playing fast paced games don't buy this controller, shell out the extra fifteen dollars to get one made by Nintendo. Unless you are a novice with no gaming experience I guarantee you will be disappointed with these controllers.

The controller was brand new and works great. It arrived in just a few days! I would highly recommend this to anyone with a Game Cube System which is what I have. Thanks!

This controller will work for the Nintendo GameCube as well as the Nintendo Wii. It is exactly what I expected.

The cord pulled out of one of the two controllers I ordered. Wires didn't snap but I had to band-aid the situation with electrical tape. Shows shoddy quality.
