  • Complete Chinese Cookbook (Hardcover

    This book is good. But needed more detail especially photos. Need more photos,photos and photos of the dishes that features. 'Cause if you can't see what is suppose to look like after you cook it, than how you know it's right. And more photo of ingredients like herbs and certain spices. You can't just walk into any grocer store and said" I need basil" . Not all grocery store clerk are train to know the herb type without a photo to show them. But that's my thought for this book. It's a great book. Love it.
