With this masterpiece, Coldplay has managed to chill me to the bone with their melodic sound and the smooth vocals of their lead singer. Not since Bono and the early U2 sound have I been so overwhelmed by a group's music, lyrics, vocals, and writings. If you miss this one, it will almost be like missing Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon.

I thought that this cd was great! It a perfect cool down cd if you are in the mood to relax and just chill out! If you are a Cloldplay fan you have to get this CD!!!

This CD has inhabited my CD player for a good week now. Coldplay's sophomore release surpasses the first with its transcendental, whimsical and often heart-wrenching lyrics. The intrumentation used in this record is often surprising but never unpleasant, and the musical arrangements of such songs as "The Scientist" will make your heart ache. Of particular noteworthiness is "Rush of Blood"'s second radio hit, "Clocks". "Clocks" creates an auditory panorama that is gorgeous to hear, combining passionate lyrics, intense piano music, and a wonderfully simply guitar riff to present a song that will cement Coldplay as one of the most innovative, extraordinary bands of its time.

Awesome, Coldplay is a refreashing Alt. rock band in a dull pop/rap scene.
