I enjoy old movies, even those in black and white, ones with silly scripts, and - by today's standards - some with questionable taste. This collection has many of the staples; dancing and singing with Astaire & Rodgers; singers like Judy Garland, Jane Powell, and Martha Tilton, Ethel Waters, and Lena Horne. However, despite the bulk of "B" movies in the lot, don't sell this collection short. Rock and Roll performers [Chuck Berry]; singing cowboys Tex Ritter] ; and comedians [Jimmy Durante] show talent in quickie films. So also do second tier actors, dancers, and singers who never "made it big." Take them as they are - images in a time capsule - and enjoy them.

A lot of B rated musicals, picture quality not great.

Fifty classic movie musicals in one box for a very reasonable price ¿ how can any musical fan say no? Not every flick included is the equal of My Fair Lady, but they're all watchable and some are true classics of the genre. Judy Garland, Fred Astaire, Frank Sinatra, Ray Bolger, Vivian Blaine and a whole lot more are in the sixty-six plus hours of singing and dancing in this one box. That's a whole summer of mid-afternoon or late evening treats.

The packing and shipping were poor. On arrival the plastic case was broken. Since the case holds all the DVD's, it is inconvenient and I think inexcusable. I can live with it but it should have been packed better.

Nostalgia...100% all in one package..how wonderful to be able to buy this set for myself and a friend and the price is right.

The musicals are movies I have never heard about. On the front it has a picture if Frank Sinatra but I have no idea what movie he was in. I am sure my daughter who is a Frank Sinatra fan will not enjoy having to watch all these movies to see Frank. I wish the movies had been listed in the information before I bought it.

50 movies for $15 is a great deal. I do believe that all of the movies are black and white, but they are clasic movies.

If you like old Hollywood movies, this is for you. Don't expect enhancements; however, you will feel as if you were in a seat in 1930's warts and all. Good for the price you pay and a chance to see movies you wont see on television. Overall, a bargain.

Over 100 hours of great classics...Quality is better than when the movies where new..Good choice of movies to chose from.

anyone who is a fan of old musicals, and wants some good laughs, this set is for you!! I enjoy seeing some of the classic actors who are no longer with us but will live forever on film (or DVDS). The music is great, the stories are very funny without being crude!

half of the movies do not work or work badly the ones that do work are really good but its such a chore to find them that its not good for a relaxing evening
