Been using this workout since the 90's and finally wore out the VHS tape! Great workout for the entire body and although it is an hour long, I always feel refreshed and happy after completing it. A great way to stay in shape!

I love this video! It is very instructive, details how many reps to anticipate, reviews proper form on each exercise routine and pose. It helped me get back into shape with core training as a priority. I do this in combination with yoga that I complete at a gym. Alternating these two forms of exercise (yoga and pilates/weight training with Cindy's workout) makes for a fulfilling exercise regimen!

I absolutely love the Cindy Crawford workouts, I had her video tape years ago and I lost a lot of weight and got really slim. Now after having my kids, I am ready to get back in shape and Cindy has one of the best workouts out there. They are simple and easy to get. There isn't a whole lot of fast movement to confuse someone watching. You will love this Dvd
