They don't really tell you in the description, but the DVD was designed for women that recently had a baby. They show you how to do a sit up with you had a 'split' during birthing, and how do modify certain moves if you are breast feeding, etc. I was a little concerned when I played it for the first time and saw that-seeing as I have no children-but the DVD will still be a great addition for anyone that is getting back into the workout routine. There are 3 levels, the first 2 are 10 minutes-ish and the final is about 40.The first level is good only if you are just starting and need something very simple. The second is great as a quick workout when you don't have much time. It's only about 10 minutes but my muscles feel it. The third really gets you going with a mix of increasingly challenging routines. The music is great and the trainer with Crawford has a lot of interesting twists on standard work out moves. I keep going back to this DVD over and over again.
great for someone who had just had a baby or who has had a baby a while ago and hasn't gotten back into the exercise routine yet.Wonderful scenery--great workouts you can go at your own page--I got the first workout video cindy crawford did years ago and love it and this one is going to be a fave too.
