I loved this movie. It had plenty of action and some quirky romance. The stories (there are two, intertwined) are original and it's really beautifully shot. I can see why Quentin Tarentino admires Wong Kar Wai's work. Overstock should make a note of it somewhere, that it's a foreign language film (Chinese) that's subtitled in English, simply to make sure that buyers don't misunderstand and buy a subtitled movie if they don't like reading subtitles. That said, I personally don't know too many people who would find it that much of a chore to read the subtitles on a movie that's well worth it.

i thought this movie was great... i think the cover tells you that it has english subtitles. i love to read to begin with so i didn't think that it was a big deal. i have to say it's one of wong kar wai's best movies!!

Didn't know the movie was in Chinese(english subtitles). So I never completely watched the entire movie. I would not have purchased this dvd if it was written in large letters that the movie was not in English.
