Within 2 weeks I had already lost 12 lbs. This is by far the easiest "diet" I have ever done and I can see myself making this a lifestyle change! The book includes photos to show you how to properly do the exercises, gives easy and delicious recipes, and even breaks it down to how much of what food you need to buy at the store! It doesn't get any easier than this! I highly recommend reading this book!
