Best if you want to learn...
This book is like a text book for chocolatiers and the like. If you're just in it to dabble, this isn't for you. However, if you're thinking about starting a small business, or are just really interested in how chocolate making works, get yourself a copy of this book immediately because you're gonna need it.

Confections
This is one of the most comprehensive and informational books on Chocolate that I have ever seen. I have worked with choclate for the past 3 years and have many books on chocolate, however, this one is the best, I will never need to look at any of my other books again.

How do I love Chocolates... Let me count the ways.
Not only is this book beautiful... The layout, the photos, the depth of information available to the reader. This "book" is also a tool, a guide or text to creating this amazingly beautiful and btw edible works of art. After having met the author, I can first handedly(sp?) tell you that his passion for his craft is as true in person as it is in the words on the pages of this masterpiece.
