An amazing book! All runners, casual to Ultras, need to read this and learn the proper way to run to avoid injury and enjoy the experience! I have been a runner for 30 years and no longer wonder how much longer I can keep it up. This book gave me the tools to improve my 5k time all the way to my marathon time, and enjoy the process. I will be running healthy for the rest of my life thanks to Danny.
