Two classics from the early `60s and late `70s shine through--Johnny Cash`s "I Still Miss Someone" is given a tart, poignant reading and Elton John`s "Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word" stands out as an extraordinary interpretation of a timeless song.

Simpatico is a laid-back, charming duet album with Chet Atkins. The duo covers a lot of ground, beginning with Jimmy Rogers` "In the Jailhouse Now," and running through Elton John`s "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word," and playing a couple of nice, understated originals.
