Having purchased and enjoyed the Charlie Chan Vol. II DVD's first - I was really looking foward to the first volume set. I was not disappointed. The clarity of the remastered volumes is first class and makes the viewing all the better. The mystery and intrigue from the first - "who done it" king remains a personal favorite. I have loaned both volumes to family members and now they're hooked "again" on the Chan series. Good, clean family entertainment. Worth the cost and will be a treasured addition to my collection.

If you enjoy some OLD TIME detective drama, Charlie Chan fits the bill. Even these can keep you guessing. I enjoy watching these oldies and with an open mind, so would you.
