Great book. Very informative. Basics with great recipies.
I thought this book insulted my intelligence, but then again, it's titled "for dummies". I was disappointed with the recipes that were in the book. Bummer.

This book is very infomative for anyone just starting to use cast iron. It ahs all kinds of info in it form cleaning up rusty pans to seasoning new pans. There are also some tastey recipes. It was very useful to me, have already reccommened it to a couple of friends.
