While the concept is quite believable, I did not see the 1 week results as shown in the book. I don't think everyone is the same, thus maybe it will take more time to get the results desired...but for a bit more than $10 it is well worth the cost, compared to plastic surgery. Plus facial exercise can't hurt.

I have not actually seen results yet but I feel like it could be working. I am going to keep doing the excercises and hopefully they will work.

This really works! Im 35 and have taken good care of my skin, so I have very few fine lines. But I noticed I diidnt look quite as young as I did in my 20's and the reason for this was a slight overall sagging of my features. A facelift was too extreme so I tried facercise. I was able to do the excercises in the car or while I watched tv. They were easy to do, the book explanations are well described. I saw an almost immmediate improvement. My face is returning to what it was a bout a decade or so ago. I ve been doing this for about 2 weeks on and off. I would bet even better results if i was more disciplined. It doesnt take a long time and it doesnt reallly hurt. YOu can be flexible on what to do and when to do it. I dont understand why more people dont know about this- an expensive cream is never going to tone your muscles , only help your skin.

Since I started doing the facercise it has changed my look! My skin feels tighter and the tone is improving.
