Carmen Elektra Lap Dance
A little disappointed with this video. Having no experience in stripping, I was hoping it would be more challenging and more routines. Really not worth the value it is priced. I would only rent her videos via Netflix or Blockbuster....don't buy them.

This, as all of the Carmen Electra's exercises is a very good DVD. Carmen does a very good job at instruction, using time and patience for the moves to be done before doing another, it is a sensual and good workout. The hip hop is fast paced but also easy to grasp.

Rent only!
This video (as well as her others) are so slow. It is definitely NOT a workout. Also there is no actual stripping... which if you are like me, I need all the instruction I can get! She uses small props like glasses or a tie. And there isn't even a guy in the chair! There is a big difference between a guy sitting in a chair and a chair!

What a wonderful way to get in shape and Carmen makes it so easy to follow. I love it! I am going to buy all of her DVD's and use them everyday and I love the results.
