I previously purchased the first of Carmen Electra's aerobic strip tease dvd's and I was extremely satisfied...but I never told my husband, it was just a girl thing that my friends and I enjoyed doing as our weekly work out. But when I heard this was coming out I was ecstatic! Its a fantastic dvd, and I even did it for my husband and he was very pleased and Im sure he thanks Carmen Electra a thousand times for producing this video! It was great and I enjoyed doing it. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone!

Sexy & fun
Love this work out.. Wasnt too sure about it when I purchased it but the price was good.. Now that I have it Im happy I bought it.. Not only do you sweat your booty off but you also feel SUPER sexy doing the moves.. As long as you can have fun with this work out you will love it!

mediocre
Honestly I didn't feel like I got much of a workout, good stretching. Some of the moves were hilarious though. I couldn't really seriously get into it because it was so hilariously. It would be fun to do this at a bachelorette party with everyone in some pjs though.

It kinda was rediculous. It taught you ok, but it just seemed very ackward watching let alone doing it.
