This was the next best thing to a support group for me. It helped me to have some insite into what my 88yo mom was going thru with aging and losing her ability to take care of herself. It helped me to find the words to comfort her and help her with the process. I was frustrated and so was she. I was able to have more understanding for her and to not take things that she said to me so peronally. She passed away a few months after my reading the book. I was so glad that I had read it.
