My son loves to read and is just now tackling the challenge of Potty Training. I would recommend this book as a tool.

Our 2.5yr old son loves this book! We are just starting to talk about potty training, which he has been very resistant to discussing. He asks for this book to be read to him, however. It shows real-life situations in a very straightforward manner. I think the calm way Caillou's parents handle the inevitable accidents are setting up our son's expectations - he will have accidents and we won't yell at him. I noticed some parents didn't like some of the initial experimenting with the potty, such as putting it on his head. I'm not getting anything negative about that - our son doesn't seem focused on it and hasn't once attempted it.We are very happy with the book and would recommend to parents of boys!
