It is a good thing that Mac Taylor's background, is more focussed on than the other character's. Gary Sinese is the best actor-by-far in this CSI. I need to respect an actor's craft before I care about their character's life. As far as the expectations are concerned mine were met. CSI New York has come to entail: darker colors(blues),interesting plots and ongoing background drama. Overall, my 3 out of 5 star rating reflects my dissappointment in the other actors. Granted,Gary is an exceptional actor; hard to compare.
