  This is just what I wanted. I have this author's 2003 edition, and seeing that this is the latest update, I bought this. It answers all questions and has all forms necessary to deal with tenants, and is a lot easier in a book than having to look it up on the web and find the appropriate site.

  I was worried about assembling this by myself but it just needed the tool provided. Has held up really nicely and is used for both a couch and a bed, and looks good at all times. I am very happy with this and so is a friend who wants it if I ever sell it!

  332 pages of well organized info on renting out your home OR a room in your home. This book explains basic real estate concepts, gives practical advice & is an easy read. If you need "sage advice', this is a great investment of your time. This small purchase answered many of my "not yet even formulated" questions. I am getting 2 more copies- one for each sibling. Nolo press is at 950 Parker St in Berkeley, CA- I would ALWAYS recommend them for background info, then go to a Paralegal, or attorney as needed. BUT THIS BOOK- you'll save time, money and hopefully (re) build equity!!!
