BOSTON LEGAL, a wry courtroom television show that walks the line between drama and comedy, is the creation of perennial hit-maker David E. Kelly (ALLY MCBEAL, PICKET FENCES). The series revolves around the Boston litigation law firm of Crane, Poole, & Schmidt, and in particular two eccentric and flawed attorneys, Alan Shore and Denny Crane. Shore, an unscrupulous and wily ambulance chaser and womanizer (played with sly charm by James Spader), finds an uneasy alliance with Crane, a bombastic, self-aggrandizing, and occasionally batty elder lawyer (William Shatner in an Emmy-winning performance). Despite their ethical and emotional deficiencies, Shore and Crane usually find themselves fighting on the right side, as they take up cases that no one else is willing to touch. Candice Bergen also stars as Shirley Schmidt, a lawyer who joined the firm despite having some past history with both Crane and Shore. Comely partner Denise Bauer-Chase (Julie Bowen) returns from maternity leave for this exceptional fifth and final season of BOSTON LEGAL.

Boston Legal Fan
I have enjoyed every minute of these episodes. I have the whole set and watch them often. William and James are absolutely wonderful together. I wish every man could enjoy a relationship just like theirs. They are amazing. I am just sorry that it ended. The ending to the series was brilliant. There is no other way that they could have ended it all.

Boston Legal Season 5
This is the most entertaining tv series. We have all five seasons, and totally enjoy viewing them on nights that there is NOTHING worth watching on TV. Expecially good to watch when Leno is on! Blah! Overstock did a great job with shipping, service and communication. I look at their site first when looking for an item I want to buy.

Great TV series - something for an intelligent person, not the usual sitcom, reality drivel that is so prominent on TV these days! So very sorry to see the series end. That's why purchased this video, to have it to watch again now and then due to lack of any real great TV programs.
