A real page turner. Full of fascinating facts and well researched. Eye opening and sobering account of the secular Media's hidden agenda. A must read for teachers, parents and all those who are concerned about the tremendous impact the Media has on the moral compass of our country.

Taunton's Illustrated Guide to Joinery is a must have book for any serious woodworker. It's not something you read, it's a reference book. A tremendous span of joinery and beautifully illustrated with good initial directions to enable you to use these joints in day to day work.

Enjoyed the books tremendously; looked for them after the TV series "Blood Ties" debuted. Was a little disappointed that the storyline came to a quick end; thought there was plenty of room for further adventures. Still, overall would recommend the books as they fill in a lot of Henry's background.

This book was tremendous and very thought provoking. It is a very easy read but one that makes you really think about yourself and hopefully others. I know I had some favorite "lessons" that after I finished the book I discussed with a friend who was also reading at the same time. Once I finished it, I gave it to my sister to read who also was enlightened by it. Highly recommend!

Amazing how much information is stuffed in this book. Gets right to the heart of ADHD. I was struggling to understand my recent diagnosis, and this book shed tremendous light not only on the "disorder", but also on the positive sides of ADD. This is a MUST read for anyone trying to better understand ADHD.

I HIGHLY recommend this book for anyone who knows or works with someone on the autism spectrum. I have a four year old son with autism and this book has given me an insight into his world. Dr. Grandin does a wonderful job describing what it is like to have autism. I have a much better understanding of my son and had about a dozen "ah-ha" moments just in the first chapter. My relationship with my son has improved tremendously after reading this book.

The book is well written, fast paced and informative. Once started it was hard to put down. This is the life and experiences of an extraordinary woman, who displayed tremendous courage while facing appalling adversities. It clarifies many points obscured by the bias media, while allowing us to see the many multiple facets of her charismatic personality.

This book is a great collection of circle stories which entertain kids for hours. The additional activities, recipes, and songs also add to the fun and enjoyment the whole family can have together. It's even perfect for little ones who don't have reading skills yet to be able to listen to the CD and follow along. The stories are silly, uplifting, funny, and just plain fun. Even adults can get into the fun of it all. I bought a copy for myself after experiencing it in a classroom at school...I just had to have it!

Get a copy for yourself and those you love, friends, family, even spouse! Dipping into this book is like talking with a tremendously wise and loving mentor, adviser, teacher and friend rolled into one. Each of these spiritual entities can help with specific solutions to life's challenges or give plain, old, sound advice. Best of all, they are always with you. You just must remember to ask for their guidance. Of course, that goes for all our spiritual guides and angels. The great thing is that they love to help but must wait for us to ask. So ask; you'll be amazed at the result!

Not only has this book helped me lose about 12 lbs. during the past month, it has given me a tremendous sense of well-being like never before! By chance I tuned in to TBN and saw Dr. Braverman explaining the powers at play in our brains that control basically our vital mental-physical reactions. It was jaw-dropping learning the amazing things he was teaching. I quickly went and purchased this book just over 4 weeks ago and It's just amazing how just applying his simple eating techniques and utilizing more of our God-given herbs, spices & teas and key supplementations has turned around my excess fat and ill-health and created within me such positive radical benefits of physical and mental wellness in such a short-time! I have battled depression most of my life and this is the first/best nutrition book I've seen that addresses the nutrition aspects to overcome and become a master over this challenging illness.I've had my eyes opened wide and now realize for the first time in my 50 year life on this earth I have learned how to really eat and drink to take optimal care of this physical temple that I have been given by my Creator.I no longer consider this a "Diet" but a way of life for me from now on. I highly encourage others to start applying these lessons to rejuvenate your health and your life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU DR. BRAVERMAN!!!

I've been an HP fan since the first book (ordered from Britain) and have enjoyed JKR's adventures for her young wizards, especially since she did not write them as "children's" literature. I find that hearing the words as opposed to reading them changes slightly how I take them in. It's fun to notice new details along the way. Jim Dale has gotten the various character's voices down perfectly, which adds tremendously to the experience of listening to the books. I'm glad I've listened to all the books (via audiobook) as a run-up to the final film. Absolutely amazing world and personalities for one mind to create! The only issue I had with this order was the delivery time: 2 full weeks. Seemed excessive, even for media mail.

The author of " From Lance to Landis" is a journalist with a very decided "point of view" about U.S. Cycling & Professional Cyclists, especially Lance Armstrong & Doping. He used his journalistic skills to find information that explains his point of view. I found this book "biased, NOT balanced". Journalist are supposed to be just the opposite of what I found this book to be! If there is "so much" Doping going on in U.S. Amateur & Professional Cycling----why isn't there a journalistic spotlight being shone on all aspects of it & USADA [executive, legislative, & judicial]? Why hasn't the US Olympic Committee & the Professional Cycling Organization banned U.S. cyclists & Cycling Teams from participating in any further competitions until their whole system has proved itself "free of doping", from bottom to top; & having a fair & secure system in place to be able to catch any future doping. The author doesn't look at the possibility that the AntiDoping Testing Laboratory made mistakes; what is their statistical accuracy? The author doesn't look at the mistakes made by WADA &/or USADA; what is their statistical accuracy? The author mentions some of the biases & politics of different Officials/Directors involved in the Tour de France, the International ProCycling organization & the AntiDoping community; but he doesn't mention what "checks & balances" are available or lacking to counterbalance those biasa & politics? The author doesn't look into the consistency & accuracy of the workers who performed the "positivel" Tests; or the statistical accuracy of the results on samples that were several years old? These things weren't part of the author's "point of view", but answering them would've made for a more "balanced" point of view.. Did Lance Armstrong dope to achieve his 1st TdF victory in 1999? Possibly. Did Lance dope to achieve the following his victories for the following 6 years [2000-2005]? There hasn't been any of those doping tests proved "positive", imagine that. That's a tremendous fete, 6 consecutive TdF victories, for anyone to achieve. The Title's mention of "Landis" isn't given fair coverage in the book. The author uses the one short chapter he gives to Landis, to imply that U.S Cycling's doping problems didn't end with Armstrong's retirement in 2005. He doesn't really give any "new" information about Landis then what was given out in the media in August 2006 after the the 2006 Tour de France. Despite the author's biased point of view, HE DOES GIVE MANY DETAILS that I didn't know before ABOUT U.S. CYCLING, especially LANCE ARMSTRONG.
