Get a copy for yourself and those you love, friends, family, even spouse! Dipping into this book is like talking with a tremendously wise and loving mentor, adviser, teacher and friend rolled into one. Each of these spiritual entities can help with specific solutions to life's challenges or give plain, old, sound advice. Best of all, they are always with you. You just must remember to ask for their guidance. Of course, that goes for all our spiritual guides and angels. The great thing is that they love to help but must wait for us to ask. So ask; you'll be amazed at the result!

I could not put this book down, read it in two days.........tore at the heart of my emotions for this author, who was the product of two selfish and "lost" individuals.....Heartwarming in the end, as the author became a truly beautiful person, educating herself and overcoming tremendous hurdles.....I would be VERY HONORED if I could ever meet her, VERY HONORED........This was truly one of the best books I have EVER read...........

Plan B: What Do You Do When God Doesn't Show Up the Way You Thought He Would? By Pete Wilson In this book, Pastor Pete Wilson seeks to help the reader grasp life and where it leads. Through the experiences of his friends and himself, he relates Biblical stories and truths to the fact that life never seems to end the way its planned. Without giving pat answers, he helps the reader examine their situation, compare it to anothers and seek understanding for where their life is headed and where God is as they walk the journey. His conclusion and coordinating exhortation is good and challenging while the path he takes to get there is designed to challenge and prod as well. I have never really claimed that a book has changed my life before, but am dangerously close to doing that now. Petes words spoke to me, especially to my life right now. I found myself broadcasting his message to friends, mentors and family before even hitting the halfway point in the book. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is in a time of transition, tremendous pain or simple change. This was a great book that I have already lent out to my father in law!

I HIGHLY recommend this book for anyone who knows or works with someone on the autism spectrum. I have a four year old son with autism and this book has given me an insight into his world. Dr. Grandin does a wonderful job describing what it is like to have autism. I have a much better understanding of my son and had about a dozen "ah-ha" moments just in the first chapter. My relationship with my son has improved tremendously after reading this book.

I recently started reading this book in conjunction with another book on the same topic. It is a good starting point for raising questions regarding the possibility or to what degree the situation might exist. Apparently this is a fairly new field of study & there is not a tremendous amount of published info available.

NICE! I enjoyed this book tremendously and have passed this book on for others to enjoy. Witty and has a lot of common sense stuff.

A nurse loaned me this book while I waiting to go into surgery. Hard to imagine, but I was laughing out loud and felt my anxiety level tremendously eased by the the author's sense of humor and writing style. I got through 3 chapters (and successful surgery). Later I purchased 2 copies for sharing with my friends and to finish the book myself. If you are a woman of about 50 or older, you will love this book.

I read this book in early 2008 to help me get my work load in hand. I love her approach in the book. She does not dish out a bunch of retoric but instead suggest actual processes that can succeed in organizing your life. So far it has helped me tremendously. I purchased this copy of her book for a friend.
