This was a gift for my four year old granddaughter. She was thrilled. I was very pleased with the shipping time and cost.

Well-written and plotted; fun view of the rich and famous summering in Long Island's poshest places. High body count, nice twists, animals are the stars with Jessica Popper, DVM.

  • Great Little Book for the Budding Little Builder

    Mar 27, 2015

    Philanthy G. Rating:5.0

My six-year-old nephew truly enjoyed this book. He is an avid builder who probably owns more REAL tools than most grown men. His dad and grandfathers have led him to this end. As a budding builder, he has many skills but as a budding reader, he is not as interested or as skilled - this book is one that he has read over and over. Since I am a reading specialist, I aim to catch his interest in the reading selections I buy. This one is a keeper. Even though he has read the book over and over, he now enjoys reading it his two younger brothers. There is nothing better to help develop reading skills than finding a good book that inspires reading and re-reading.
