Tammet's story is fascinating and kept me interested. He writes in a style that is easy to read. You can get a better understanding of his mind, which is often a complete mystery with others on the autistic spectrum. The one disappointment is that you can't really see how he learned to communicate better with people, only that he did. He simply states, for example, that he made a good friend here or there, but you can't really see from his words how he overcame that with his condition aside from having similar interests with these friends, but it takes more than that to become close to other people. Other than that, it is still a very interesting story. It is amazing to learn about how someone can think so vastly different from the rest of us.

The book was shipped to me in perfect condition and very quickly, which was great. The book itself was alright. I enjoyed reading it but it doesn't make my Top 10. I would recommend this to someone who enjoys a little mystery and an easy read.

I have already read this book. I am buying this as a gift. I thought it was hilarious joined at the hip with exciting. The characters are very fluid and easy to accept. I will be definitely reading the previous books since I had such a good time with this one. This was not too predictable...at least the chain of events were not. It was more interesting after each page in one way or another. I liked this one a lot.

This book, like all those in this series, is an enjoyable read. The characters Evanovich has developed keep you chuckling. There is enough similarity in the books that you feel comfortable and "at home" while keeping enough difference in the stories and events to keep you interested. Although the books can be read out of order, I would not recommend it. They are much more enjoyable if read in sequence. And hey, she makes it easy since the title indicates which number in the series it is. There is some sex and violence in the books so not meant for anyone sensitive to those kinds of things, but nothing graphic or vulgar. Actually, it's pretty funny because you recognize yourself and your family and people you know in the characters and laugh, both because the story's funny and because it feels so familiar. You'll find yourself thinking - wow, I didn't know other people did that, too. My husband and I have a tradition where I read books aloud to him when we're in the car together and I do different voices for the various characters (much to his amusement). This is a particularly enjoyable series to read because it's not only a fairly light, easy read, but the characters are so different, I get to do lots of voices!

If you love Monk and don't mind being able to solve the crime before the book is over- this book is great. Like the Firehouse book, it is too easy to see how the crime was committed.

This book is for my junior high school grandson who is in his first year of french. It's easy to read and understand. It is the size of a paperback book so it's easy to carry.

This is a wonderful book for those who really want to know the "whys" and "hows" of their family traits, behaviors, and mysteries. It is required reading for one of our church classes in that it gives insight, reasons, and ways to overcome your past so that you can look forward to a better future for yourself and your children. This book is easy to read and captures a call in your heart and life. Understanding yourself, where you come from, and your historical perspective is encouraging and gives hope that you can become more than what you see in the mirror.

I was introduced to the Stephanie Plum series about a month ago and I am completely hooked. They are always funny and entertaining. I have been suggesting this series to all my friends that don't want something too serious to read but need something to distract them from the stressors of life.

Good easy read, good series. Just be careful when ordering to make sure it is a hard or soft cover. I was ordering in a hurry and didn't see it was a soft cover book. I could have gotten hard cover for the same to lesser price from another website.
