This is an excellent resource for meditation. It is nice quality and while not big print as such, it is nice size print.

This is a great reference for your kitchen, even if you don't follow a paleo diet. My husband is known for his Neanderthal diet. The day after we make a turkey or chicken, he likes to sit at the table with the carcass, and pick off all the bits of meat. Excellent recipes.

As an adult I am always interested in the history and culture of the American West. The American cowboy had traditionally served as the centerpiece on this subject; be it myth or legend. The DK Cowboy book is very informative, educational and entertaining (as all DK Eyewitness books). This covers everything from the types of saddle to the Hollywood stereotype. Of course their are many pictures and illustrations. One interesting fact is that the cowboy is not an American invention as European, Asian and Latin American cultures have their own traditions of cowboy that dates back centuries. My reason for purchasing this book is for a reference for sketching Western scenes and subjects. Looking through this book; one may learn that that the cowboy was not a reckless drunk who shot his adversaries in the street, but a hard working individual, a team player and an American icon worthy of this title.

Good read. Only complaint I have is the recipes or diet itself has a lot of items that people don't usually keep on their shelves. It makes it a bit more cumbersome. People will stick with it more if they don't have to go out of their way to purchase items they normally wouldn't fool with. Do like that the exercise portion tends to be more realistic than other diets with not a huge need for actual machines. More low key.
