Bonds That Make Us Free

This book is a must read for those who want to make quantum leaps in their personal and interpersonal relationships. I have purchased at least 6 copies so far to give to family and friends. The first six chapters define the problem, so do not get frustrated -- just keep reading. This book will definitely challenge your paradigm of yourself and others. It will also help to free yourself from unhealthy paradigms that lead to frustration, anger, unhappiness, etc. I did not rate this book for entertainment value, because the intent of this book is not entertainment.
