This DVD is for the serious minded exerciser and not a beginner. I was looking for a DVD to replace another DVD and this one more than fit the bill. The 20 minute work-out is ok for a quick workout. The hour long workout is amazing. By the end of the workout my arm muscles were jello. I could barely get through this workout but I did and I felt it the same day and I am an intermediate to advanced exerciser. I love it. If you want to see quick results, get this DVD. Bob is tough and makes Jillian Michaels look like a Sunday school teacher.
This is definately a workout. its challenging but not impossible. I'm a Bob Harper fan all the way.

I bought this DVD because I have his Yoga for the Warrior DVD (which I also highly recommend) and I wanted to mix it up a little bit. You can make it easier or harder by increasing or decreasing your weights but even with 3 lbs weights this DVD is not easy. The guy in the DVD is taking a break 15 minutes in! But I like how it keeps you moving and he keeps changing it up the entire workout. I get bored easily with workouts but I will be doing this one for a while, hopefully I can up my weights soon!
