Good Strap. I wanted something to distinguish one controller from the other and this works fine for that. The only negative is that the blue color in reality is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH lighter than what is shown in the picture. I did have some shipping issues, the wrong item was sent at first. But customer service was extremely quick with communication and a resolution. They sent the right item out right away, without waiting for me to send the wrong item back. I had the strap in a few days. I would definitely deal with Overstock.com again.
