I was skeptical that I could get a decent spotting scope for just $** when most of my shooting buddies have spent over $200. I was very pleased when it arrived and seems to be built well and not much different than the higher dollar units. I took it to the shooting range and at 50 yards it performs very well. I haven't taken it to the 200 yard range yet but I'm confident it will be fine. The only down side that I can tell is how close you need to get your eye to the eye piece especially when zoomed in.

Great resource tool with an up to date price index and a substantial amount of information for research and identification...a must have for any retail gun dealer or private collector.
