I bought this Work Out DVD for myself it worked so well I bought it for my Mom for Christmas. Before I started excercising to this DVD I had no muscle in my biceps at all when I flexed. I did this 30 minute video 5-6 times a week following His instructions on the amount of weights to use, I committed for 2 months. By the time the two months were over...I flexed and saw my muscles and they were cut. At the time I stopped I was using 8 lb. weights. It encouraged me to keep going...I'm a person who lost over 100 lbs. and had very little muscle mass in my arms. In the beginning the warm up (last 5 minutes) and the cool down (last 5 minutes) might be hard to keep up with. But give it a chance & you'll catch up in no time and be on your way to a better you!
Richard Simmons Blast and Tone is a great way to build your muscles. Make sure before you begin that you have the necessary weights needed, otherwise you'll have to put it off until you do. There is an added bonus of an ab routine, which I found to be just the right intensity (it didn't kill my neck muscles). For the price, this dvd is a great value.
