danceswithhooves from Minnesota, Rating:5.0I was fortunate to receive this book as a gift. I sat down and read it from cover to cover right away. It?s an easy read that keeps your attention and is everything you need to know about canaries and then some. I have four canaries and would recommend this book to anybody wanting to learn more about these delightful birds!

nancyd57 from Plymouth Meeting, PA, Rating:5.0As a new bird owner, I found this book to be very useful, loaded with ideas for spending time, having fun,and hanging out with my feathered friend. There is plenty of practical information on general bird care, as well as tricks to teach any parrot, young or old, large or small. There are lots of pictures that show how the tricks should look, and the instructions are very clear. Even though I have no plans to take my bird "on the road",and I probably will not teach him all of the tricks, he has already learned some, and we have fun spending time together.
