I have been working out to taebo off and on for the last 10 years. I started with the original taebo set and worked my way up..i am currently doing bootcamp and get amped..i am a big fan of Billy Blanks, love the results i get and enjoy the fast pace workouts. I do enjoy the cardio and sculpt, they are appox 40min long which is great when i don't have a full hour or more to do a workout, i work up a sweat, and don't find the workouts too hard to follow, I do like the fact that with this workout, there are no bands or amped bar, which gives me a bit of break!!!I wouldn't say i am a beginner though, but not yet am i an extreme athlete either..somewhere in between i guess. I even find sometimes Billy talks too much..but i am familiar with the moves already. I would recommend these videos if you are looking for a great workout and great results!!! We aren't all superstars when first starting something new, but give it a few times, and you'll have the moves in no time at all!!!!
