I have been working out to taebo off and on for the last 10 years. I started with the original taebo set and worked my way up..i am currently doing bootcamp and get amped..i am a big fan of Billy Blanks, love the results i get and enjoy the fast pace workouts. I do enjoy the cardio and sculpt, they are appox 40min long which is great when i don't have a full hour or more to do a workout, i work up a sweat, and don't find the workouts too hard to follow, I do like the fact that with this workout, there are no bands or amped bar, which gives me a bit of break!!!I wouldn't say i am a beginner though, but not yet am i an extreme athlete either..somewhere in between i guess. I even find sometimes Billy talks too much..but i am familiar with the moves already. I would recommend these videos if you are looking for a great workout and great results!!! We aren't all superstars when first starting something new, but give it a few times, and you'll have the moves in no time at all!!!!

I like cardio-kickboxing but not with Billy Blanks or the CARDIO part of this set. The music/pace is EXTREMELY FAST. Unless you are already an aerobics instructor you won't be able to keep up. You can't even concentrate on doing the moves correctly because it's TOO FAST. Supposedly there is one person in the group that is doing the beginner moves but you hardly ever see her or when you can she is doing the same thing as all the others. The moves/combinations are too elaborate for home use. I wish the instructors would realize they are making a video for home use and people don't usually have huge empty rooms in which to do these videos. I haven't even tried the SCULPT part yet...I'm almost afraid to. IF I COULD RETURN THE VIDEO I WOULD!
