Good Workout That Doesn't Match the Title

I love Billy Blanks and his perma-happy daughter, Shellie. I own about 8 of his DVDs in total. This video has great music and production value, however it is a SCULPTING workout - not a cardio workout. Also, Billy Bands are required... and I HATE Billy Bands (even though I own them) and do this workout with ankle weights and 3 pound dumbells instead.
Still a good workout to add to your collection but I seriously enjoy the old Tae Bo moves much better.

I use several of Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD's but this one is still my favorite. It's very challenging and very effective.

I first tried this DVD renting it from Netflix but after doing it and becoming addicted to the routine I just had to have it. It is a great, fast pace, non boring exercise DVD I've done in a while. Billy really gets your motor running in this one.
