Bible, The: Four Volume Set (DVD)

I take a lot of religious classes and it is always good to see another view of the same story. The pictures on the front of the package looked kind of cheap but the DVD's were better quality than I thought thet would be. We are using them in my Sunday School class as a summer break before we start the fall study and the class seems very happy with them. They give us enough information to start our discussion at the end of the class. It might be a little advanced for children but Youth would be fine. I am glad that I spent the money and it is a great addition to my library.

Although I'd read that the Genesis dvd was shown in a documentary form, that did not bother me since I normally like documentaries. However, this is told in such a boring way that it causes you to want to just stop the dvd/tape and move on. On the other hand, Solomon, Esther and Jeremiah are fine in their story telling mode. These 3 make it worth your while. Therefore, I rate this 4 out of 5 stars.
