I don't have a problem with the product. It's an excellent book, but it took 10 days to be delivered!! That's crazy. I won't be buying any more books here. They never use to take so long and I had purchased a lot of books in the past. What happened???

I cannot imagine any information left out of this book. I just taught myself how to crochet and was already able to read patterns, but this book is the only book I needed to buy. The photographs are excellent, designs are beautiful with easy to understand directions along with a chart for each pattern if you get stuck or don't want to read the patterns. Every stitch is explained in a glossary, including the abbreviation, there is an index, explanation of chart symbols. The beginning of the book is written as if you were sitting in front of the author and talking you through each phase of crocheting. What a fantastic teacher. She even explains the whys of how the stitches work within patterns, how to fix a common problems and several ways to join the motifs, The book is hard cover with a spiral binding, this is great because you can have the page you are viewing open flat in front of you yet the book is stable even though in an odd position, which happens sometimes when you are holding the hook and yarn but trying to see the page too. I would not hesitate to buy this book, it is much more valuable than the cost of the book .
