First of all, this a great value and arrived within a couple of days of ordering.I gave this cookbook to my daughter for Christmas. She was thrilled because it gave general information about all kinds of things a new cook needs. Moreover, the book which is set in an easy to turn binder, is user friendly with pictures and easy explanations. Of course, there are great recipes to be found throughout. As a matter of fact, I still refer to my own Betty Crocker cookbook, bought at least 25 years ago!

I remember cooking with my mom from her Betty Crocker cook book. She has a older hard back edition. I love the spiral spine so the book will lay flat and not loosen the binding from constant use like my mom's book had done. I like the set up of this Betty Crocker cook book as well.
